Our offerings are designed for solo professionals, small businesses, law firms, academic institutions, and regulated organizations seeking practical, compliance-aligned technology fluency.

Payments are processed through secure third-party processors such as Stripe or GoDaddy Payments. TechTango does not store or have direct access to your credit-card information.

Yes, under certain circumstances.  Please see the Refund section of our Terms and Conditions.

No. Registrations, credits, recordings, materials, and workspaces are non-transferable and may not be shared, assigned, or gifted to another individual or organization.

Participants receive access to session recordings, digital materials, and their TechTango workspace (if applicable) at the end of the session. Access remains restricted to the registered participant.

Yes. In the event of supported, serious illness, family emergency, or comparable hardship, TechTango may, at its sole discretion, issue a one-time credit to ensure fairness and goodwill.  Please see our Terms and Conditions for mor detail.

Yes. TechTango offers complimentary webinars and live simulcasts as part of its public education initiative.

Continuing legal education recognition varies by jurisdiction. For certain events, TechTango may conduct the event in such a manner to allow participants to self-apply in their respective states or professions.

Whenever possible, webinar recordings are made available to registrants for a limited period following the live event.

When applicable, participants receive login instructions via email before the start of each program.  All access is subject to TechTango’s security and privacy standards.

Yes. TechTango’s current web and marketing infrastructure is hosted through GoDaddy. While GoDaddy provides the underlying technical platform, TechTango only retains responsibility for its internal operations, content integrity, and nontechnical, customer support.  Security for third-party hosting or payment systems (including GoDaddy, Stripe, or other service providers) is governed by those vendors’ respective security postures and privacy policies.  TechTango continuously reviews and configures its own environment to align with industry best practices but cannot warrant or control the independent security standards of third-party platforms.  Please see our Technology Provider statement for more detail.

Aggregated and anonymized benchmarking data may be used for research, credentialing, and educational improvement purposes. Individual identities are never disclosed without explicit consent or legal requirement.
