TechTango.co (“TechTango,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a division of LexXP Inc, a Delaware corporation, relies on a network of third-party technology providers to deliver its programs, communications, credentialing, payment processing, and online services. This statement incorporates and should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions, Legal Disclaimer, and Privacy Policy . All defined terms used herein shall be as defined therein.
These providers are selected for reliability and industry standing; however, TechTango cannot guarantee the continuous availability, performance, or security of any external service.
By using TechTango’s website or programs, you acknowledge that these dependencies exist and agree that TechTango is not liable for outages, disruptions, or data events originating from these third parties. If you do not agree, kindly do not use LexXP Inc.’s services.
Below is a current working list of our principal technology providers and service dependencies. Please note that the hyperlinks provided below are provided as a courtesy and are not exhaustive. You must visit each provider's individual website to see if additional and/or updated legal conditions apply to their products and use, that may not be linked here:
1. GoDaddy (Website Hosting, Marketing Commerce, Payments Gateway, Microsoft Email Integration)
- Function: Hosts TechTango.co, manages domain email routing, and provides e-commerce checkout services.
- Dependency: All website uptime, transactional email routing, and hosted DNS are dependent on GoDaddy systems.

2. Microsoft (Email and Productivity Suite)
- Function: Provides TechTango email infrastructure via Microsoft 365, administered through GoDaddy.
- Dependency: Email delivery, inbox security, and retention are governed by Microsoft’s systems and service availability.

3. LearnWorlds (Learning Management System and Workspace Environment)
- Function: Hosts TechTango’s online courses, Bassline bootcamps, SoundCheck simulations, and credential delivery.
- Dependency: Learner access, data storage, course delivery, and credential progress depend on LearnWorlds’ uptime and infrastructure.

4. MailerLite (Email Marketing and Newsletter Automation)
- Function: Used for subscriber communications, newsletters, and campaign automation.
- Dependency: Email message delivery and list management rely on MailerLite systems; deliverability is also subject to recipient mail server rules.

13. eTrust Security (SSL Certificates and Site Validation via GoDaddy)
- Function: Provides encryption, SSL certification, and visible trust seals for TechTango’s website through GoDaddy’s eTrust Security integration. These certificates authenticate TechTango’s domain identity and encrypt data transmitted between site visitors and our servers.
- Dependency: Site security indicators (e.g., HTTPS lock icon, trust badge visibility) depend on eTrust’s validation services and GoDaddy’s certificate management. Any interruption in eTrust or GoDaddy systems may temporarily affect visible trust indicators but does not alter TechTango’s underlying encryption practices.

- Function: Powers TechTango’s interactive forms, quizzes, and data-collection workflows, including pre-bootcamp questionnaires, feedback surveys, referral submissions, and persona assessments. Enables secure embedding of forms within TechTango’s website and LearnWorlds environment, with real-time analytics and customizable logic.

- Platforms: YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn BlueSky, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Quora.
- Function: Used for TechTango’s organic content distribution, audience engagement, community dialogue, and social listening. Activities include posting short-form videos, commentary, and awareness updates designed to expand TechTango’s reach, brand visibility, and educational influence.

17. Social & Search Advertising Platforms (Paid Promotions and Campaign Management)
- Platforms: LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, YouTube.
- Function: Utilized for TechTango’s promotional campaigns, targeted advertising, remarketing, and audience analytics. Advertising activities include audience segmentation, campaign testing, and conversion tracking to increase event registration, brand awareness, and proof-of-concept validation.

LexXP Inc. disclaims any responsibility or liability for interruptions, data loss, security incidents, or operational failures arising from third-party service providers listed above. Users agree to abide by each provider’s individual Terms and Privacy Policies when interacting with TechTango platforms or content delivered through those systems.
